The Baylands Development Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Property Manager to oversee commercial leasing, tenant relations, and day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff and vendors, coordinate capital projects, and maintain safety and building standards. This full-time role requires a 5+ years in property management and a Bachelor's degree, with strong Excel and Yardi experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in property management, construction, and team leadership, with a strong focus on commercial leasing, including warehouse and yard leases.
• Must have the interpersonal skills and presence to interact effectively with all constituencies. A high-energy team player with a "can do" attitude and containable ego.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, real estate law, building systems, and financial reporting.
• Strong networking skills to build and leverage relationships within the community and industry.
• Professional, dependable, and skilled in vendor and tenant management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer commercial leases (warehouse/yard), ensure tenant and landlord compliance, manage move-ins/outs, and provide high-quality service.
• Prepare monthly budget variance reports; propose NOI improvements; manage tenant reconciliations.
• Oversee service contracts (janitorial, security, landscaping); verify vendor qualifications and bids.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects; supervise maintenance/engineering; ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards; file reports; monitor environmental/building codes.
• Supervise staff and vendors; manage fire/life safety and preventive maintenance; oversee admin ops.
