Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Cary, NC is seeking a Property Manager with strong leadership and property operations expertise to oversee multifamily communities.

You will supervise teams, manage budgets, ensure Fair Housing compliance, supervise leasing, rent collection, and maintenance, and drive exceptional resident experiences while balancing income and expenses. Occasional travel may be required; knowledge of OneSite preferred. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: hiring and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom‑line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
