Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Property Manager to lead leasing operations, mentor a team, and deliver referral-worthy customer experiences across our communities. You will drive performance, ensure resident satisfaction, and partner with leaders to execute the property's business plan.

This role emphasizes budget management, compliance with Fair Housing laws, and coordination with maintenance teams. Occasional travel to communities is required, and you will play a key part in strengthening our

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential lease-up property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices incl. Fair Housing laws, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results.
• Occasional travel required.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities
