Pegasus is seeking a Manager to oversee Aventon Cary, a Class A+ luxury property in Cary, NC. You will lead a dynamic team, model excellent service, and drive financial performance through strong operations and guest experiences.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach supervisors, manage budgets, and collaborate with ownership to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. If you’re proactive, organized, and growth‑minded, we want to speak with you.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Experience managing a Class A+ Luxury asset.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, team training, and coaching, budget processing.

• Lead and mentor the property team to deliver referral-worthy customer experiences.
• Balance income and expenses to maximize results while ensuring service quality.
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership to drive occupancy and operational excellence.
