Job summary

Avison Young seeks a Property Manager in Raleigh, NC to oversee a portfolio’s financial performance, maintenance, and tenant relations.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and lease compliance while coordinating with building staff and owners. The role requires 4–7 years in CRE, a related bachelor's, and familiarity with Yardi/MRI/Jenark workflows. This is a full-time position fostering growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or finance.
• Commercial real estate knowledge and strong financial acumen.
• Experience with property management systems and budgeting.
• Excellent customer service and internal/external communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and control operating and capex expenditures.
• Supervise AR/AP processes, rent collection, and reconciliations.
• Ensure lease compliance and respond to tenant needs.
• Manage vendor selection, RFPs, and service agreements.
• Oversee property inspections and performance of the team.
