Job summary

AMDG Holdings LLC in Rantoul seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations for our apartment communities. You will use AppFolio to manage rents, tenant records, maintenance requests, and performance reporting, coordinating with the maintenance director to maximize occupancy and property value.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong organizational and communication skills and a valid driver's license for site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience as property manager or in a residential leasing role.
• Proficiency in AppFolio is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; basic accounting/marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Software Management: Use AppFolio daily to track rent collection, tenant records, maintenance requests, and reports.
• Leasing & Marketing: Advertise open units, conduct viewings, process applications, execute leases.
• Resident Relations: Onboard tenants, handle communications, manage late payments, resolve complaints.
• Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance director and supervise vendor work; inspect vacated units.
• Legal & Compliance: Enforce lease terms, stay updated on housing regulations, handle evictions when needed.
