Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AppFolio is required to manage daily operations and financial records.
• Experience as a property manager or in a similar residential leasing role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organization, professional communication, and basic accounting/marketing principles.
• PTO and paid holidays after a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Software Management: Use AppFolio daily to track rent, tenant records, maintenance requests and reports.
• Leasing & Marketing: Advertise units, conduct viewings, process applications, and sign leases.
• Resident Relations: Onboard residents, handle communications, manage late payments, resolve issues.
• Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate vendor repairs, inspect vacated units, ensure upkeep.
• Legal & Compliance: Enforce leases, stay current with housing regulations, assist with evictions when needed.
