Job summary

CCI INC, based at the Samaritan Village property in Boise, seeks a Property Manager to lead on-site teammates and drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance while ensuring HUD compliance and safety standards.

You will manage recruitment, training, and performance, coordinate marketing under AFHMP guidelines, and collaborate with regional leaders to optimize budgets and capital improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing people
• 1+ years’ experience in Property Management or related real estate discipline
• 1+ years’ experience with standard real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Project-based Section 8, Section 202, LIHTC) preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Industry certification such as CPM, CAM, or similar preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold goals and values, and strengthen relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Ensure peak property performance: occupancy, resident satisfaction, compliance, safety, and budget adherence
• Communicate effectively with residents and management; address issues and reports promptly
• Develop marketing strategies compliant with HUD/Fair Housing guidelines and AFHMP
• Manage budgeting, rent optimization, and capital improvements with Regional and Asset Managers
• Ensure program compliance across affordable housing standards and HUD inspections
