MEB AFFORDABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an affordable housing property, working with the Regional Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-family property management, can work independently, and will manage budgets, staff, and vendor relations.

This full-time role in Mesa, AZ offers a competitive salary and benefits, including health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and perform calculations and budget oversight.
• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LITCH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all property operations and maintenance.
• Prepares annual budgets and monitors spending.
• Supervises staff, contractors, and move-ins/outs.
• Reviews market surveys and prepares reports.
• Ensures safety and compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
