Job summary

CCI, a nationwide real estate platform, is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site teammates and drive property performance. You will oversee occupancy, resident relations, compliance with HUD and LIHTC programs, and ensure safety and financial stewardship at your assigned property.

The role emphasizes strong communication, training, and use of technology to optimize operations and apply market insights in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Leads on-site teams and manages recruitment, training, and performance.
• Experience with affordable housing programs is preferred.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of on-site teammates and property operations.
• Maintain occupancy, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract residents; analyze market trends.
• Budgeting, rent increases, and collaboration with regional managers on finances.
• Ensure program compliance, HUD guidelines, and REAC/NSPIRE readiness.
