Senior Housing Options Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee three affordable housing properties, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and maintaining a safe, dignified living environment for residents.

You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, rent collection, and unit turnovers, while coordinating with the director and maintenance staff to keep properties in top condition. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in a related field required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years' experience managing a HUD facility.
• Experience with HUD software (Yardi) preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of three properties ensuring compliance with HUD regulations.
• Direct financial activities: budgeting, expenses, and rent collections.
• Submit required documents and reports to SHO weekly.
• Engage in marketing efforts to fill units and secure donations.
• Coordinate unit turnovers and maintenance with operations.
• Ensure resident rights, confidentiality, and Fair Housing compliance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and measurable preventive maintenance.
• Maintain resident files and manage annual re-certifications.
