Job summary

CCI is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead onsite teammates and drive operational excellence at your assigned property. You will be responsible for occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance, while upholding HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing compliance.

You will lead a team, train staff, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain CCI’s reputation for excellence. Strong leadership and real estate software experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing people.
• 1+ years’ experience in Property Management or related real estate.
• 1+ years’ experience with Yardi or Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop onsite teammates, align with company goals.
• Maintain occupancy, resident satisfaction, and budget adherence.
• Manage marketing, leasing strategies, and fair housing compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and capital improvement planning.
• Ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance and lender inspection readiness.
