Job summary

Fairway Management (FWM) in Brunswick, GA seeks a Property Manager to oversee Perry Place & Norwich Commons. The role involves marketing and leasing, budgeting, and daily operations to ensure compliance with affordable housing programs.

You will lead a team, supervise maintenance and housekeeping, and ensure timely rent collection and resident satisfaction, while upholding Fair Housing regulations and rental standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Experience with income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments to maintain occupancy targets.
• Manage property budgets and enforce cost-effective practices.
• Supervise property staff including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and inspections.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and conduct unit/inventory inspections.
• Provide outstanding resident service and resolve inquiries promptly.
