Fairway Management seeks a Property Manager in Tifton, GA to lead daily operations for our Magnolia Villas property. You will market and lease units, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive service and timely responses. This role requires experience with affordable housing programs and strong regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will oversee staff, coordinate inspections, and maintain curb appeal while staying on budget and within Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software.

Responsabilités

• Market and lease apartments and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Oversee property budgets and cost effectiveness.
• Address and manage resident concerns and maintenance requests.
• Supervise property staff and inspections, including turnover and safety checks.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and inspections.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and trainings.
