Job summary

JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management (FWM) division, seeks a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations across affordable housing communities. You will oversee leasing, budgeting, and staff, ensuring exceptional resident service and strict compliance with housing programs.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of LIHTC/Section 8 experience, strong Fair Housing knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office to manage files, certifications, and reporting while driving occupancy and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing and regulatory compliance.
• Strong income qualification and tenant file accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing and marketing to meet occupancy targets.
• Manage property budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Address resident concerns, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and annual re-certifications.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies and conduct regular property inspections.
