Job summary

Fairway Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and resident services for affordable housing communities. You will drive occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

You will supervise staff, process applications, and coordinate inspections while delivering exceptional service to residents and clients across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost effectiveness across properties.
• Address resident concerns and oversee staff performance.
• Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations and inspections.
• Coordinate move-ins, re-certifications, and inspections as required.
