Fairway Management is seeking a Property Manager in Brunswick, GA to oversee daily operations of Perry Place & Norwich Commons. You will market and lease apartments, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with LIHTC/Section 8 programs. Strong resident service and team leadership are essential.

This role requires coordinating staff, handling inspections, and maintaining property safety and curb appeal. Must be available for on-site duties with regular reporting to the regional office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Skills in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Market and lease apartments to maintain occupancy.
• Oversee assigned property budgets and cost controls.
• Address resident concerns and manage maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and inspections.
• Supervise property staff and coordinate vendor work as needed.
• Coordinate training and travel for regional conferences.
