Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and make daily bank deposits.
• Prepare delinquency reports and monthly accounting summaries.
• Achieve KPI goals for occupancy and operating expenses.
• Process invoices daily and track cost overages with supervisor.
• Manage petty cash and monthly reimbursement summaries.
• Send notices and file evictions timely when required.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors for best price/quality.
• Conduct staff training and performance reviews.
