Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of experience managing tax credit sites and affordable housing tenants.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance, budget management, and marketing.
• COS, LIHTC, and ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and make daily bank deposits.
• Achieve KPI goals regarding occupancy and expenses.
• Conduct staff training and performance reviews.
• Market and advertise properties for occupancy.
• Monitor vendor relationships for cost-efficient services.
