Qualifications

• LIHTC/tax credit property experience required
• Experience as assistant property manager in LIHTC or affordable housing
• COS, LIHTC, and ARM certifications desired

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease agreements and move-in/compliance paperwork
• Answer phones; provide apartment information per Fair Housing standards
• Retrieve and follow up on messages and emails
• Respond to inquiries and record traffic
• Meet residents' needs via calls/emails and complete requests
• Greet and tour prospects; close leases and show model/vacant units
• Update advertising on all approved marketing platforms daily
• Study brochures, price sheets, leases; know policies and procedures
• Handle move-in/out admin and resident retention tasks
• Market and advertise properties to maximize occupancy
