Job summary

Schochet Companies is seeking an Experienced Property Manager for Weldon House, a 105-unit elderly/disabled community in Greenfield, MA. You will supervise staff, handle recertifications under Section 8 and manage rent collections and notices, ensuring compliant operations and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD programs such as Project-Based Section 8, COS or CPO preferred.
• Interview applicants and process move-in paperwork.
• Ability to motivate and manage staff with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors and staff.
• Complete annual/interim recertifications; manage rent collections and notices.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state policies and timely recertifications.
