Job summary

Schochet is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager for Fresh Pond Apartments in Cambridge, MA. The Sr.

Property Manager leads day-to-day operations, directs office and maintenance staff, and ensures strong resident relations across a 504‑unit family community. You will prepare operating budgets, monitor financial performance, manage vendor contracts, coordinate inspections and certifications, and oversee rent collections and notices.

Qualifications

• Must have COS designation.
• ARM designation preferred.
• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property staff and office/maintenance operations.
• Prepare and submit financial and regulatory reports.
• Manage rent calculations, collections and notices for delinquencies.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications and subsidy reporting.
• Oversee vendor contracts, bids, and compliance with insurance and safety requirements.
• Address complex resident concerns and maintain positive relations.
