Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an affordable housing property. You will work closely with the Regional Manager, manage budgets, supervise staff, and ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multi-family property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in multi-family property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all operations of the property, including general administration and maintenance of the overall physical condition.
• Prepares budget annually as directed by Asset Director.
• Oversees bids for contract services and ensures adherence to budget guidelines.
• Supervises maintenance staff and outside contractors on site.
• Trains and evaluates staff and manages payroll and schedules.
