Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to ensure a safe, attractive living environment and high resident satisfaction. You will support the Property Manager, interact with residents and staff, and assist with leasing activities to achieve occupancy targets.

Responsibilities include rent collection, delinquency management, reporting, and coordinating with the Resident Services team. A fast-paced environment and emphasis on customer service for older adults are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED; COS/TCS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, associates, management and guests to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and maintain records.
• Prepare, monitor, and distribute reports on operational and financial data.
