Job summary

Archway Communities seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community. You will ensure safe, well‑maintained properties, optimize occupancy, and foster resident relations while managing regulatory compliance and financial performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining 98% occupancy, reducing turnover to ~24 months, and coordinating with maintenance, accounting, and compliance teams to stay within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to maintain safety, maintenance, and occupancy.
• Maintain occupancy target of 98%.
• Reduce turnover with ~24 months tenancy on average.
• Manage unit turns to prep vacant units within 5 days.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely work orders and upkeep.
• Collaborate with Accounting/Finance on budgets and rent collection.
