Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is hiring a Property Manager to oversee operations, leasing, and maintenance at an affordable housing community. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, high-quality service for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating marketing and revenue goals, and maintaining safe, attractive properties while engaging residents and collaborating with departments across Enterprise’s nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years property management experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; COS and TCS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong financial acumen; ability to manage budgets.
• Strong communication skills in English; professional interactions with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, marketing, finance and maintenance.
• Lead a high‑performance team; ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop annual operating budget and maintenance plans.
• Interact with residents and staff to address concerns promptly.
