Lynd Management Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of an affordable multifamily property.

The ideal candidate will lead a hands-on team, manage leasing, budgets, and audits, and ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 programs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on property leadership and staff development.
• Experience managing affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, HOME, Section 8).
• Knowledge of occupancy rules, certifications, recertifications, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team, oversee leasing and operations.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Prepare operational, financial, compliance, and owner reports.
• Ensure resident files and certifications are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews.
