Lynd Management Group, LLC is building a pipeline of HUD Property Manager opportunities in the Pittsburgh, PA market. This evergreen posting invites experienced professionals to join as future openings arise, overseeing operations, budgets, and compliance for affordable multifamily properties.

The ideal candidate understands HUD Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, and related programs, with hands-on leadership to guide on-site teams and coordinate regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• At least three years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD programs: Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, HOME, Bond.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to prepare for audits and compliance reviews.
• Current knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3 and occupancy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team and oversee leasing, occupancy, collections, and operations.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare operational, financial, compliance, and owner reports.
• Ensure resident files, certifications, and recertifications are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate audits, Management and Occupancy Reviews, NSPIRE inspections, and corrective actions.
• Maintain waiting lists and required affordable housing documentation.
• Partner with maintenance to meet required standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, monitoring agencies, leadership, and corporate departments.
