Responsibilities include supervising leasing, maintenance, staff, and safety programs; analyzing performance trends; delivering excellent resident service; and assisting with budget preparation and bid processes. The role requires strong leadership and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the industry or in a position of similar responsibilities.
• Leadership skills and understanding of effective management of personal development and career path.
• Excellent communication and fluent English writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure policy compliance and 24-hour service turnaround.
• Supervise staff including training, performance reviews, hiring, promotion and terminations.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA compliance, and resident safety standards.
• Analyze performance and trends to market the community and enhance occupancy.
• Provide excellent resident service and maintain high service standards.
• Assist in preparing and adhering to budgets and securing bids for repairs.
