Job summary

CLEAR Property Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations and drive occupancy and property value. You will coordinate people, activities, and resources to meet objectives set by the Regional Supervisor and Owner, and mentor the Assistant Community Manager to cover duties during absences.

The role requires leadership in leasing, budgeting, and vendor communication, with strong adherence to Fair Housing and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of on-site property management experience.
• Must be bilingual and have a background in supervision.
• Experience with distressed asset repositioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage on-site property operations and maximize occupancy.
• Train the Assistant Community Manager to cover duties as needed.
• Develop and monitor budgets and ensure adherence throughout the year.
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, safety, and compliance with laws.
