Job summary

Foundation Communities is seeking a Property Manager at our Austin communities to coordinate resources, supervise leasing and maintenance activities, and ensure timely service delivery. You’ll lead staff, train personnel, and uphold safety and policy standards while focusing on resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in supervision within housing or related fields, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role in property management or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of budgeting, staff development and OSHA safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure policy compliance and rapid service requests.
• Lead staff through training, performance reviews, hiring, promotions and terminations.
• Oversee personal development and career paths for team members.
