HallKeen Real Estate Management Inc. in Boston seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee 89 live/work studios and 5 commercial tenants in Fort Point. The role emphasizes affordable housing compliance, budgeting, and strong resident relations, with supervision of on-site staff.

The candidate should have 5+ years in residential property management, excellent communication, and proficiency with Outlook 365, Word, Excel, and OneSite. A fast-paced, collaborative environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years residential property management experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Update, organize and maintain resident and maintenance files.
• Collect rents and make daily deposits; enforce rent collection policy.
• Review income eligibility applications for affordable AMI programs; conduct annual recertifications.
• Maintain waiting lists and process accounts payable.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly/quarterly variance reporting; submit reports to VP and corporate office.
• Prepare annual compliance reports and participate in audits.
• Develop and implement marketing plan to reach target markets and maximize occupancy.
• Supervise site staff and oversee maintenance and preventive operations.
• Conduct annual apartment inspections and document deficiencies; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
