The position is on-site in California, with bilingual Spanish a plus. Salary ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Candidates with HUD/LIHTC experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with financials and budgeting for properties.
• Experience in housing or property management including HUD/LIHTC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees rent collection and ensures timely payments.
• Maintains occupancy at or above budgeted targets through leasing strategies.
• Maximizes rents within regulatory guidelines.
• Manages property operations within budget and identifies cost savings.
• Controls property expenses to meet budget goals.
• Drives NOI performance and regulatory compliance.
• Delivers excellent resident service in partnership with team.
