Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Community Manager to oversee daily property operations, leasing, and community services. This role focuses on occupancy management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality housing for residents.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, plus a background in property management and knowledge of affordable housing regulations. Travel between communities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years’ property management experience required.
• Knowledge of tax credits and affordable housing regulations preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to prioritize work.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Interact effectively with community residents.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality control of all regulations and policies related to leasing.
• Assist with the budgeting process.
• Manage daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units.
• Oversee building maintenance.
• Travel to alternative communities, if requested.

The Affordable Housing Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day property operations and management of assigned community. This includes overseeing occupancy, financial management and compliance management of the community.
