S&S Property Management is seeking an energetic Property Manager for Magnolia Place in Franklin, TN. The role oversees the apartment community as a business unit, driving marketing and financial results while training and supervising the on-site team.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, ensuring policy compliance, handling budgeting and financial reporting, and coordinating leasing, resident relations, and vendor management to maximize asset value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of property management experience with a proven track record of exceeding owners' expectations.
• Must possess the ability to communicate professionally with residents, staff, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Manager in maintaining the asset and maximizing financial returns.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site community team members.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures and timely performance of duties.
• Manage multiple properties and handle marketing, leasing, financial reporting and resident relations.
