Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience with a proven track record of exceeding owners' expectations.
• Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using property management software preferred.
• CAM or related property management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Manager in maintaining the asset and maximizing financial returns.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site team members.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely staff performance of duties.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple properties.
• Marketing, leasing, financial reporting and resident relations.
