The candidate must have at least 1 year of property management experience, a valid driver’s license, and effective communication skills to coordinate with residents, staff, vendors, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents, staff, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• CAM or other certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Manager in maintaining the physical asset and maximizing financial returns.
• Hire, train, and supervise all community team members.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff performance in a timely manner.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple properties.
• Marketing, leasing, financial reporting and resident relations.
