Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Property Manager to lead a property team and drive financial and operational performance across our multifamily assets in the Nashville area.

You will work with the Regional Manager to develop budgets, forecasts, marketing plans and staffing, while managing staff and communicating with residents. We offer unlimited vacation with approval, strong health insurance, retirement benefits, and a 25% rent discount.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Ability to read and analyze budgets and financial statements.
• Proven leadership, staff supervision and team development.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills across diverse groups.
• Able to engage with residents and stakeholders with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Manager to complete annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, staffing and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance by understanding how operations affect financial results.
• Hire, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess staff performance.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and media.
• Engage in promotional and social/content marketing activities.
• Lead team to exceed customer expectations and drive property success.
