Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in the Tampa area to lead the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. You will direct staff, ensure timely reports, and manage leasing and resident relations to drive retention.

The ideal candidate brings apartment management experience, strong leadership, and a focus on exceptional customer service to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
