Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Georgia. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate reporting, recruit and train on-site teams, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.

The role focuses on driving occupancy and retention while maintaining budget controls and compliance across all property operations. A strong leadership mindset, reliability, and commitment to excellence are essential.
