Highmark Residential is seeking a Property Manager for the Park Place at Loyola community in Austin, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee staff, and ensure high resident retention and leasing performance.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, reporting accuracy, and exceptional resident service, with compensation aligned to market. On-site position with extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
