Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our NOVEL Edgehill apartment community in Nashville, TN. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure timely reporting, and drive leasing and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring leadership and team-building skills, solid math ability, and a commitment to excellence. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and some apartment management experience are preferred.

• Directs and oversees day-to-day operations of community staff.
