Job summary

The Village at Sun Valley in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the apartment community and supervise on-site staff. You will ensure accurate reporting, drive resident satisfaction and high retention, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and budgeting, and maintain compliance with tax credit programs where applicable.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-building required.
• Strong math skills at a high school level.
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
