Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for our Park Place at Loyola community in Austin, TX. This role leads the on-site team, drives operations, and ensures resident satisfaction and lease performance.

It requires hands-on management, effective reporting, and a focus on retention. Ideal candidates bring proven apartment management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to high service standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level).

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
