Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Willow Creek apartment community.

You will oversee on-site staff, ensure timely reports, recruit and train the team, and deliver excellent service to residents and prospects while aiming for high retention and leasing performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent mathematical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of apartment management experience

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
