Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Preserve on 51st apartment community in Bradenton, FL. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure timely reporting, and drive leasing and retention goals while maintaining budgeting and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, team-building, and a commitment to excellent resident service, with competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth within a market-leading rental

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two years of apartment management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
