Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a commercial real estate portfolio in Seattle. You will coordinate monthly reporting, assist with budgeting, and cultivate strong tenant and vendor relationships.

Candidates should have a WA Real Estate License, a preferred bachelor’s degree, and CAM reconciliation experience. Proficiency in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce or MS Office is valued; office in Seattle Monday–Friday.

RealREPP is currently teaming with a stable, growing and dynamic privately held commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in recruiting for a Property Manager. This PM will assist in overseeing a portfolio in undefined, undefined!

We are targeting someone who has 5+ years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. The PM will oversee the monthly reporting functions, assist in the budgeting process and will also build relationships with the tenants and vendors. This role will wear many different hats and we are looking for a true team player who wants to learn and grow within the commercial real estate industry.

Requirements
