Job summary

RealREPP, a nationally recognized recruiting firm, is assisting an owner/developer to recruit a Property Manager in Chicago. You will oversee day-to-day operations of a mixed-use commercial portfolio in the Chicago market, with room for growth within a team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in commercial property management, and a real estate license. The role offers a strong base salary, bonus potential, benefits, and a 401(k) with a 5% match.

RealREPP, is a nationally recognized, full-service recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a growing commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in recruiting for a Property Manager in Chicago. This PM will assist in the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio of mixed-use assets in the Chicago market. This position offers room for growth within the rewarding and team oriented commercial property management industry.

This owner/developer is one of the most stable, but active developers in the region. They focus on sustainable development and pushing the boundaries of what you can do from a commercial development standpoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree - required
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Must have experience in managing commercial industrial and office assets.
• Property management accounting experience, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation experience required.
• Prior experience in running monthly reports
• Excellent customer service skills
• Real Estate license is a requirement
• Must be a team player and have the ability to wear many different hats and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
