Job summary

RealREPP LLC in El Segundo, CA, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day management of a Class A building. You will assist with reporting, budgeting, tenant and vendor relations, and wear many hats in a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial/industrial real estate, a CA Real Estate License, and proficiency with MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Office. This role offers a strong base salary, bonus potential, 401K, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in property management required. Commercial preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• California Real Estate License - Required.
• Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Suite preferred.
• Must be a team player and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

RealREPP LLC, is currently teaming with a stable, growing and team oriented commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring for an Assistant Property Manager. This APM will directly assist in the day-to-day management of a Class A building in El Segundo, Ca.

We are targeting someone who has 3+ years of experience within the commercial/ Industrial real estate industry. The APM will oversee the monthly reporting functions, assist in the budgeting process and will also build relationships with the tenants and vendors. This role will wear many different hats and we are looking for a true team player who wants to learn and grow within the industrial real estate industry.

This position offers a great base salary, plus bonus, excellent benefits, 401K, 3 weeks PTO, and also 1/2 day Fridays!

Requirements
