Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC seeks a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Madelyn Oaks apartment community. You will direct onsite staff, ensure timely reports, recruit and train team members, and deliver excellent service to residents and prospects to sustain high occupancy.

You’ll manage a skilled on-site team, drive leasing performance, and maintain strong resident relations while meeting company standards and budget expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
